Here is a great video from “across the pond” showing that the white van speaker scam is alive and well in London:

It’s interesting how similar the sales tactics are that are implemented overseas as the ones that speaker men use here in the United States. Street sales is apparently a global language!

The video goes on to investigate the actual quality of the speakers, revealing (to no one’s surprise) that they are hardly worth what the speaker men would have their “customers” believe.

Unfortunately, due to a massive influx of spam to our online forum, we had to make the decision to disable it. It was rather difficult for our visitors to find legitimate posts about the business of selling speakers on the streets in between the thousands of posts about pharmaceuticals and weight loss products.

However, it is possible that we may bring the forum back in the future, once we implement more strict moderation.

Until then…keep an eye on this blog!
